Physical Products (Merchandise)
If you have purchased a physical product from JEEMAtalks and are not satisfied, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the conditions below.
Returns
- You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible.

Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
- Refunds may take several working days to appear, depending on your payment provider.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
If an item is returned, the refund will cover the cost of the item only.
Exchanges
We offer size exchanges for unworn items, subject to availability.
- Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability

Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We recommend using a tracked service, as JEEMAtalks cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos where possible.
We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with UK consumer rights.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Items that have been worn or washed
- Items returned outside the return window
Coaching Services
Coaching sessions are non-refundable once completed.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked session:
- Please follow the cancellation terms outlined at the time of booking via Calendly
- Missed sessions may not be refundable unless stated otherwise
UK Consumer Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
