Sometimes what we need most is not advice, but to be heard.
About Me
My name is Ola, and I’m the founder of JEEMAtalks.
I’m a Mental Health Nurse Practitioner based in the UK, with professional experience supporting people through some of the most difficult and misunderstood moments of their lives. I’m also a Black woman working in mental health, which has deeply shaped how I listen, how I see people, and how I hold space for conversations that are often avoided or overlooked.
Alongside my clinical work, I hold:
A certification in Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation
A certification to assess and diagnose Autism
My work sits at the intersection of mental health, identity, and honest conversation.
Why JEEMAtalks Exists
Over the years, I’ve seen how many people struggle in silence, not because they don’t want help, but because they don’t feel heard, understood, or safe enough to speak freely. JEEMAtalks was created to change that. This is not about labels or quick fixes.
It’s about real conversations, the kind that help people make sense of their thoughts, their experiences, and themselves. Sometimes what we need most isn’t advice, but clarity. Sometimes it’s simply being able to talk, without judgment.
Coaching & Conversations
Alongside my professional work, I offer 1-to-1 coaching conversations for those who want a safe, non-judgmental space to talk openly.
These sessions are for reflection, clarity, and support, grounded in professional knowledge and guided with empathy and intention.
